Privacy Policy
Professor Notes is an offline course and lesson-planning app built to keep teaching notes private and under the user’s control.
1. About this policy
This Privacy Policy explains how the Professor Notes mobile application (the “App”), provided by TURNER CLEANING SERVICE (“we,” “us,” or “our”), handles information while users organize courses and prepare lesson notes.
2. Information handled by the App
Professor Notes does not require an account and does not ask users to provide a name, email address or profile. The App does not collect, sell, share or transmit personal information to us.
3. Local and offline storage
Courses, lesson outlines, dates, times, tags, favorites and teaching statuses are stored locally on the user’s device. This content is used only to provide the App’s organization features and is not sent to us.
4. Advertising, analytics and external services
The App does not display advertising and does not use analytics, Firebase or third-party tracking SDKs. It is designed to work without an internet connection.
5. Device permissions
The App does not request access to the camera, microphone, precise location, contacts, calendar or media library. It may open the user’s email app or web browser only when the user chooses a support or privacy-policy link.
6. Data deletion
Users can edit or delete their courses and lesson notes from inside the App. Removing the App or clearing its local storage may also remove saved content. Deleted local information may not be recoverable.
7. Data security
Because lesson information remains on the device, users are responsible for protecting access to their device. We recommend using the device’s available screen-lock and security features.
8. Children’s privacy
The App is designed as a productivity tool for educators and does not knowingly collect personal information from children or other users.
9. Website and support messages
If a user contacts us by email or submits the website contact form, we receive the details voluntarily provided, such as a name, email address, subject and message. We use that information only to respond to the request and provide support. The website form is processed through Netlify’s form service.
10. Changes to this policy
We may revise this Privacy Policy when the App, website or applicable requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
